What love is

He doesn't know what romantic love is because all he knows, in terms of romantic experiences, is a combination of friendship and lust. And that's not the same as love. No, I believe romantic love is something far superior to friendship, to lust, and to friendship and lust even when they appear together.

How I think I should address and draw a line under my recent feelings of upset, that I now understand resulted from my realisation of the extent to which romantic ideals differ between people

Instead of feeling alone and excluded, with regards to forms of romantic love I don't experience myself, I will try to be grateful for universal ideals of romantic love, that can be celebrated across its different forms, and for the way in which these universal ideals inspire me when I make music.
